Shopify pickup not working

Hi, my shopify pickup isn't working. I have taken all the proper steps as far as fulfillment and stock inventory for my store locations. This is really holding me back from making sales. If someone could help it'll be greatly appreciated.

Yes everything is correct. I did a test run on my laptop and it works. But with a cellular device it's unavailable. Can you help me with this?

No. I have checked everything and it's still not working for mobile pick up.
