I have been experiencing issue of receiving my shopify ordered items. Though shopping from shopify is just in way of few click but don't know why i don't receive always shopify items. They are not delivered well. I suppose, there is a problem with my address. But I receive my parcels ordered from other services on the same address. Why not shopify?
Thanks for letting us know! In regards to the online store you purchased the item from, you would need to contact the store's customer service directly for more info. Shopify is a tool that helps merchants build their very own online stores, however, Shopify wouldn't have anything to do with the management or shipment of a product. The store's management/customer service would be in charge of how the address is applied to a label and they should be able to help track your order if it's lost.
