Sorry to hear the site has become inaccessible. I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly as they'll be able to help get this looked into right away. It could be something technical or something they'll want to get escalated to our Business Operations team to look into. If it's something our Business Operations team handles, you may have already received an email from them outlining the situation.
Callbacks, chats and emails can be be requested on our Shopify Support page where you'll log into your store. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be prompted to ask about a topic. You'll then be given relevant support documents or you can continue from there towards our different support channels. If you're unable to login to the store, you can also continue without logging in to access support.
