With that being said, let'd dive into your question. Shopify does not make changes to stores or delete store data, so I would like to further investigate as to what may have happened. Can you please share the following details with me:

  • What was deleted from your store?
  • Where was it deleted from (ie certain sales channels or the entire Admin)?
  • Time frame of when this occurred.
  • Any apps you have installed to manage inventory/update information.
