This is urgent, as we are currently running a promo on our site: https://www.lacolombe.com/
All of the suddent, the product pages have been EXTREMELY slow to load the 'Add To Cart' button. Most users are bouncing before it loads because it is taking so long and we are receiving a ton of negative feedback.
When it finally does end up loading, the image for our ReCharge subscriptions app is broken.
Any thoughts as to why this is all suddenly happening? PLEASE let me know!!
Thanks so much in advance!
On my end, the site loads a bit slow, but I can add the product to the cart without much problem.
I looked at the console log and it looks like the issue could be caused by an external plugin or script.
If this issue persists, reach out to a web developer so they can troubleshoot in closer. https://experts.shopify.com/
Glad to hear its back up to speed for you. In any case I would recommend reaching out to ReCharge to see if they can assist you or let you know of any degraded services of the performance of their app that may have caused the issue. The part that was loading slow is a page element that has been injected into your product page from their app. To offer the subscribe and save functions.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
The same thing happened to our store yesterday. At first I thought that it had to be a ReCharge issue, but I then unpublished the subscription widget, and had the same problem with just the regular add to cart button taking over a minute to load. It resolved itself eventually, but was messed up for quite some time. We are also on the Mobilia theme.
So interesting! Comforting to hear that we weren't alone in this... I wonder if it was a Shopify theme issue? Glad to hear yours was resolved!! Let me know if you ever find out what the cause was, and I'll do the same
@corys not sure if this is the right space to post this, but wondering if you're seeing anymore ReCharge issues today? trying to narrow down the problem and see if ReCharge might have been the cause all along... our site is now showing the subscription radio buttons on every single product, whether or not we set them as subscription products in the back end. Curious if you're having that issue now, too.
