Hello,

I have a couple of issues for which I needed help

a) Increase the size of the logo but not increase the width of the header.

b) Add a banner image like we can add in the collections page on the contact us or the about us page

Hey there @Ankit_texfit!

Don here from Shopify.

Where and how you'll be able to get support for your themes would depend on a couple of factors.

In this instance, as you are using a Shopify theme if you have selected a paid plan for your store you would be eligible for support with some small visual edits like this under our Design Policy.

If you've got a paid plan for your store already you can get in touch via our help centre to request some edits like this and our theme support team will be able to take a look at your request.

Are you still working on setting up your store initially here or have you been selling a while already?

Regards,

Don

Hello @Ankit_texfit !

You can increase the logo size in debut theme.

Go to  Online Store/Themes/Actions/Edit Code

Open 'theme.scss.liquid' from the Assets folder

Scroll all the way to the bottom and add in these lines of code (note, 290px was the width that worked for me, you should change that number to suit your logo and site).

.site-header__logo-image img {

  max-width:290px!important;

}

Hit 'Save' and this should do the trick.

Adding Images to contact us page did not look professional

Should you still want to go ahead and add the image you can do so by adding the code below to the store (Online Store > Themes > Action > Edit Code > file of the pages you would like to add the background images to).

.template-customers-login {

   background-image: url("url_to_the_image");

}

Thanks,

Digital Artisans

That's possible. It is possible the theme file has been renamed, or even just changed to something else. What files do you see in there with a css extension? If you're not sure just list out all the files that are not images or not .js files.

I jump on these forums to help and share some insights. Not looking to be hired, and not looking for work.

Don't hand out staff invites or give admin password to forum members unless absolutely needed. In most cases the help you need can be handled without that.
