Small shipping labels?

We're building out a site that will use regular lettermail to ship.  The standard 4x6-inch labels are too big for our envelopes.  

Has anyone found a work-around for this?

Also, it would be nice if we could bulk-print orders as we eventually would like to see higher volume orders/shipments.

Patrick, a Shopify Guru here :).

When you purchase a label it’s downloaded directly from the admin so you can print it out. If you choose to use a regular printer instead of a label printer you can resize the image before you print it and then attach it to your letter.

Sorry about that, at the moment from inside the admin it's just the labels. But if you have access to excel it’s possible to print out mailing labels in bulk.

If you download your order CSV with the shipping info and then using the guide here

You could create labels in bulk :)

I think this app might also be of some use to you

This will also allow you to create address labels in bulk, but you can do it from inside the admin.

We've found that we can print just addresses (not actual postage/shipping labels) onto regular envelopes using small address labels and the Order Printer app!
