Smart Collections - Date Condition

Hello, I have been working with the Smart Collections, and I am looking to create a collection of new products (e.g. Date Added in the last 7 days). Does anyone know of a way to use additional smart collection conditions? Thanks in advance for the assistance. Hope all is well.

Wow - I didn't even know Shopify was around back then, but 12 years and this still doesn't seem possible.
