Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable. NEED HELP.

So I opened a store in the past called ryos.myshopify.com and i connected a domain (ryos.ca) and I believe I closed it. But I can't log back into the admin panel. I would like to restore my store if possible. I have access to email and everything if something has to be sent to restore it.

If the ryos.myshopify.com isn't working for you, could it be something else by any chance? 

 

It's hard to figure out what might be happening here without taking a closer look. I can take a closer look into this for you but would need to email you directly about it for privacy and security reasons. If you'd like me to take a look for you, would you be able to confirm if the best email to reach you on is the one you signed up to the community with, please? If it is something else would you be able to let me know what it is in a reply?

upon purchasing plan, my website suddenly shows "this store is unavailable" like how did that happen?

can you give me solutions? my domain is onecartaway.com and my email is onecartaway@gmail.com
