Stop [SPAM] New customer message

Hi there,

 

We are getting around 5+ emails a day from mailer@shopify.com saying we have a new Customer message.

These are being automatically labelled as SPAM in the subject line by Shopify (I'm assuming), so is there a way to block these messages since they are already being identified as SPAM?

 

When we receive real customer messages, the subject line is the same but there is no [SPAM]

 

Sounds like an easy fix since its identified, but I'm not sure how to do it.

I've been getting a ridiculous amount of these everyday for the last couple of weeks. Would be great to know if there is a solution

Just recently received suspicious emails from mailer@shopify.com also.

Shopify support suggested installing anti-spam apps and forwarding those emails to SAFETY@SHOPIFY.COM for their records.

I am getting this too. They are legitimate orders being labeled [SPAM]. I hope my customers aren't getting htis too. 

 

Also I have noticed people not getting emails from my work email maybe this label is making spam filters filter out my messages. Please help ASAP

I live the same thing. we contacted shopify but it's like we did not do anything.

Spam and others do a lot of damage to the shop.

 

I ask for help and nothing. I find it ridiculous that we can not be more supported by shopify

I am getting the same thing in my LEGITIMATE email Subject lines, Shopify is saying that it is a problem with GMail, but the message is coming from the shopify mailer. Not helpful at all.
