Do they solve it automatically or one have to contact them,i have the same issue and yet to find a solution.
others raised a support ticket. probably should try doing that
hah. This has happened to the last 5 stores I've tried to open. I am at my wits end. It's been over 2 weeks trying to get someone from support to help me.
