Why did Shopify close my store after payment?

After they got paid Shopify closed my store. this is called stealing!!

Hi Tira!

On wednesday 03/02 I paid shopify for the basic plan and just after that
they closed my store for no reason.

Hey there someone complained us die list two or three products and we already remove the products but Shopify just closed my store for intellectual property violation . Whst csn I do ? Can we come out if this ? Has this happened to anyone and they came back and thrived ?

My shop was closed the other day. The reason is the copyright problem.

We did not violate the relevant policies and rules.

Shopify staff, please help me to restore my store permissions!

I’m sorry to hear that this happened. Did you receive any emails from Shopify staff? If you have, I recommend replying directly to the email so that our team can assist you with your account. Since this topic is about your store and we’re unable to authenticate you through the Shopify Community, the best next step would be to reply directly to any communication you’ve received from staff, so that you can work with the specialist who reached out.

The people in the Legal department have never responded to our emails, nor have they given any reason or evidence for closing the shop! ! !

so have a general store with more than 50k products someone complained that we listed their products 2/3 products without their concern we have since taken the product down but this evening Shopify closed my store . You can still see my store through the apps Amaricsn varieties I. Google or apple . What can I do ?

Hey there I need someone with experience that is going through what I’m going through with Shopify. Someone complained us for listing some products 2/3 products . We took the products from our store but this evening Shopify closed our store . I’m so disappointed and I don’t know how to deal with this ?

I'm sorry to hear your store was closed. I'm not sure what industry you're operating in, but it's possible this happened because your business is considered high risk. This applies to many eCommerce industries such as subscriptions, tobacco and vape accessories, and even clothing. What you may need here is a high risk payment processor.
