Store currently Unavaiable

Hello,

until 2 days my store shows me "This store is unavailable". I´ve wrote an E-Mail to the support with the ticket number 22402640. Please help me out ASAP because my store will be released in the next days for my customers.

Sorry to hear about your problems. When there is a sign that you are unable to see your Shopify store and even the line: “We’ll be back soon” shows up on the error page, that’s when your Shopify store is unavailable.
