While you can't log in, you will still be able to contact Shopify Support here. But, for ease, I've gone ahead and sent you an email to your Community email address. Please respond to me there at your earliest convenience.
Sometimes Shopify emails end up in Spam/Junk folders so be sure to check there if you don't see an email from me.
