Store is currently unavailable

Dear Support Team,

I was developing my new store and a few minutes ago, I tried to pay for domain. As a result, received an error message saying "store is currently unavailable". I can't access my store back and do anything. Can someone pls support me with the case ? 

My store name is wozayonline.

I am sorry to hear that you have been encountering this problem. It sounds like your stores have been shut down automatically as soon as a credit card has been added. In these cases, it is best to reach out to our Support team so they can take a look into this for you. I would be happy to do so. I will be reaching out via email, as soon as you respond to the said email I will be able to escalate this to our accounts team to investigate.
