Thank you for reaching out with your question. It sounds like the password page may still be enabled so I'd certainly recommend checking to ensure that's toggled off. You can follow the steps to check that here:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.
Go to the Password protection area.
Uncheck Enable password.
