Store restart

I recently had to pause my store. I unpaused it a few months ago & users are still getting an undergoing maintenance notification. How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you for reaching out with your question. It sounds like the password page may still be enabled so I'd certainly recommend checking to ensure that's toggled off. You can follow the steps to check that here:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Preferences.

  2. Go to the Password protection area.

  3. Uncheck Enable password.

  4. Click Save.

If that's not what's causing the issue, please post a screenshot so we can troubleshoot this further together.
