I am unable to see an account in our system with the URL labeprovence.myshopify.com. Therefore it appears as though you may be entering the incorrect store name when logging in, which would give you a ‘store unavailable’ message.
To recover your store info, please choose the ‘Forgot store?’ option on the login page as seen below, to have your exact store URL emailed to you.
