Store web is inaccessible,display "is currently unavailable"

Dear Shopify support team,

I got a display of "thy-essential-oils.myshopify.com  is currently unavailable."

My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after late last night, I plan to launch my store this month. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks on the schedule. 

 But now I can't login! Please help me. My ticket is 20480994

I have the same issue, could you please check? 

I was given ticket number is 20345021 for lovempets.myshopify.com .I was informed by email that my request will be sent to "Business Operations Team" and I should wait for update. I have not heard from anyone in 8 days. Can somebody help? Thanks!
