I was purchasing a package plan for my review app and inserted my card details which followed with a 'Province must not be blank' warning, and suddenly my page went blank! This is so frustating! Please help!

It's been 2 days with no update except that they say that they had escalated the issue to their 'higher-tiered support team' the day before. Still waiting.
