Subscription Payment

Good evening, I used Shopify with the intent to test the concept and after seeing what it is about, I intended to cancel the subscription, which I completely forgot about, I would like to know if there is a possibility for me to get a refund since the billing only took place today and I intend to close the account ASAP.

I understand you were intending to cancel your subscription but accidentally forgot about it. Though subscription fees are generally non-refundable, as indicated in our Terms of Service. However, not to worry, since the renewal happened yesterday - I'd be happy to double-check with our Billing team. 

I've sent an authentication email to the registered email with the next steps. Please check your inbox/spam folder and reply to it. After that, I can take a closer look!
