Please note that as per our help guide on closing your Shopify account, which can be found here; You need to close your store manually. Shopify Support can't close your store for you. Also, to help you reduce the impact of recent events on your store if you choose to reopen your store within 90 days of closing it, Shopify guarantees that all of your store's data and configuration information will be preserved. If you do at any point want to return to Shopify, you absolutely can.
In order to request a refund, you will need to contact Shopify Support directly. We’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue.
