Subscription Refund

I just noticed that i got billed 30$ off my paypal account. I was wrongfly charged on a wrong visa thats not mine and i need that money back.. I will close the store once i get full instructions on what to do regarding to get my money back. Its urgent please

I'd be happy to look into providing a refund for the charge!

In order for us to process a refund, your store must be closed. You can follow these steps here to close your store. 

Once your store is closed, let me know and I'll reach out to you directly to look into a refund!

If you'd like to re-open your account with a new method of payment, you can do so at anytime simply by logging in and entering new details.
