In order for us to process a refund, your store must be closed. You can follow these steps here to close your store.
Once your store is closed, let me know and I'll reach out to you directly to look into a refund!
If you'd like to re-open your account with a new method of payment, you can do so at anytime simply by logging in and entering new details.
