Subscription refund

Hello,

 

I signed up for the 14 day trial and realised I was not ready for a shop yet. I forgot I put my bank details in so it rolled over. I am cancelling and closing the store. Would it be possible to be considered for a refund?

Due to covid I lost my investment and had to go back to full time work and to be honest I should not have forgot about it rolling over and money is a bit tight if you could consider my request?
