Support does not recognize my store

Hello,

 I can log into my Shopify just fine. When I try to log in for chat, I get this message: 
sallyannsaccessories@gmail.com

There was a problem selecting your shop. Choose another shop, or continue to get support.

How can I get past this and get to support?

I can't access to my store too and it says " There was a problem selecting your shop. Choose another shop, or continue to get support."

Same problem with my shop from yesterday. Now we can't access to help center also ! If you want start a ticket for support - you need login and select your shop first - but you get the message - There was a problem selecting your shop. Choose another shop, or continue to get support.
