I also have the same problem like yours.I am still trying my best to solve this problem if you already solved plizz help me also.

Please remember, not because one website was able to get approved and with one specific change, means it will work for you. Each business is individually checked by Google's algorithm or manual.

Hi,

It's almost a year I'm trying to reactivate my account. It's still suspended. Support always sends me the Shopping ads policy link every time! 

I've tried everything but without any success. 

Now I'm trying to change something for every Request Review. May I ever be lucky, and Google decides to unlock my account

Yes I do, you can check my reviews on TrustPilot, search for feedarmy.com and read the ones that mention suspension.

We have been working on google suspension as well...for months...A lot of online shops create bundles to be able to sell more than one item. Then we create the SKU and as many channels require a UPC code, we buy one and place it neatly in the Shopify field of the item.  Well at this point we have just shredded our reputation with google to smithereens.  They keep asking for GTINs saying that they are missing until we buy them and add them and get suspended... in the corner! Until there is a solution for this, do not use GTINs or UPC codes that did not come from the manufacturer. Remove all bundled items from google that have UPC codes that you bought from anywhere, let it go through a cool down time and then request a call back, do not hit review until you call them and go over your GMC. We  are now going through this process. Maybe we missed this or did not get it, but this was not clear to us at all when we were building our site and our bundles. Wish everyone well.

You are right! UPCs/GTINs from 3rd party are invalid to Google, as you do not own them. The Brand and MPN must be valid too, otherwise, you have to sett identifier_exists to no in the data feed.

Hi Zaak,

Do you have any success and reactivate your account with solving the GTIN/UPC issue?

We mentioned UPC in our product feed and Shopify store, but it does not make any sense; our merchant account is still suspended. 

FYI, those UPCs are certified.
