Creating new accounts is considered circumventing policy violations and if caught may lead to a permanent suspension.  Always resolve the issue in the first created account.

No matter what you do, they don’t told you what is the problem.

No matter what you change on your website, they keep suspending your account.


My conclusion is that it is their problem and no matter what’s done, there is no solution.
