I don't know if anyone could help but i got a email of but I'm trying to get Google merchant account back but they keep saying 

  • Promotions that prompt users to initiate a purchase, download, or other commitment without first providing all relevant information and obtaining the user’s explicit consent.
  • Promotions that represent you or your products in a way that is not accurate, realistic, and truthful.

I have checked my Website and i can't see anything related to the things what they are saying.

There could be 50 potential issues. I recommend checking the policies to check which ones you are violating.

Checking a website, Google Merchant Center account, and trust signals is a big task. Most merchants that post this specific question have in most cases not read all policies or have read it partially. Please note that you are required to have read all policies.

Don't have multiple websites in the same niche

Make sure you don't have multiple disapproved websites or accounts, this is called circomventing policy violation.

You have a track record of order fulfillment, for example honest reviews.
