Dear Shopify admin support,
There are many chat from recent 2 weeks that people complained about their suspicious purchase on their credit card. They said that they not purchased anything from our store but suddenly they got charged, the name of transaction is associated with "numerus.id" (my store name/domain).
But there is no transaction in my website because we dont accept credit card payment, and currently we only sell and ship product only in Indonesia, not worldwide.
It might be someone using our name/company to do bad things, what i`ve supposed to do?
