Switched credit cards, website went down, can't get in touch with support as that is bugged as well

Hey team,

 

Website went down completely while switching credit cards. I was trying to buy a domain but it kept giving me an error. I tried to reach out to support but when trying to select a recent store it doesn't allow me / show me mine. Can't get in touch for some help either way - figured I might post here for a hail mary. I'm sure this is just a security feature of some sort, but it's crippled my plans. Please help!

I am so sorry to hear that this has been the case. As this is an account sensitive issue, I will be reaching out to you via email to authenticate you as the owner of the account and get this looked at by the appropriate team. These escalations can take 2-3 business days. I am not sure as to why you would not have been able to get through to chat support, if you weren’t sure how to navigate our help center, I’ve made a quick video here to show you how.
