My pre-auth information is correct and it recognizes it as a TD account but I get failed deposit emails.

Thanks so much for reaching out! From the sounds of it you are using Shopify Payments as your payment gateway, is that correct?
If you can confirm that the bank details you've entered are correct (either by referring to a void cheque, your online banking account, and/or connecting with your bank directly) and you are still receiving the same failed payout error, I would recommend reaching out to our support team to clarify your best next steps. To do this, you can visit our Help Center, log in to your account, enter a topic into the search field, and choose Get support.
