Recently, we suspended a number of stores for selling high demand products related to the current coronavirus pandemic like masks and hand sanitizer at excessive prices. If you have received an email from Shopify in relation to your store being suspended, you are able to request this suspension be lifted by responding to the email notice you received. Our team will review all requests and get back to you as soon as possible. For privacy reasons we cannot comment on individual stores on a public forum, so continuing to work with us via email is the best way to move forward.
