Hello  , I have order from Almera fashion and  the site is showing unavailable what to do where is my parcel I have paid for it if they can’t deliver it and just got lost I need to knw the answer where are they why the site is showing unavailable. ??? I have paid for it if they can deliver pay me back   That’s it.  And when I tried to contact them mail them but they. Didn’t reply what shld I think about this ? Is their planning to earn money by this way ???   Almera fashion search them ask them about this and re solve it.

Sorry to hear this has happened to you after ordering from this store but there is definitely a course of action you can take to help you here. The first thing I would always suggest is to reach out to the store directly but since this doesn’t seem to be possible as they are closed, your best step is to reach out to your bank directly about this. Your bank will have measures in place for you to follow in this case and will be able to help you in relation to the payment made from your account.

Hello I order  from https://almerafashion.in/. And now the site is not available and I paid for my order and still I didn’t receive it what should I do now. I talk with the bank but they can help it so now it’s is your responsibility to take and action against this this. How can someone open up the business with your site support and get dispersed how like it is looking like  they fraud  how the hell is this I paid for my order  you take any action please it as request earning money is a vry difficult thing and then ppl like Almera fashion  do this frauds.  God.   You take action I want my payment back that’s it

Thank you for reaching back out about this.

However, as Shopify is just the platform that stores use to launch their stores, we do not have access to or hold of any funds that are used to purchase from stores. On top of that, due to data protection, I am unable to confirm if this store was or is using Shopify as their chosen platform.

Your bank is the only route that you can take to retrieve any funds from your account, other than the store offering you a refund. So I would advise contacting your bank again as this should be a route they can assist you with.

Additionally, I will share with you this guide again as it advises how you can file a complaint against any store that is operating dishonestly, as well as other common occurrences that can happen in these situations.

Sorry to hear yet again of this experience, but your bank and the link I shared are the best way to get a resolution for this.
