There was an error while updating your cart. Please try again.
Only desktop shop is not functioning, and customer can place their order with mobile phone.
Would anyone help on this?

Is it just one customer that has reported this to you? Was there a specific item that they could not add to the cart? I went in and added this item to the cart and it worked perfectly:
If there was a specific item, can you let me know and I will test it out on my end? Perhaps it was a problem with the customers device. Would you have a screenshot of the error message they saw when they added the item? What theme are you using at6 the moment? Once I have a bit more information I can certainly help you out more.
