I have not been able to access my third party shipping rates even though the app is installed in my store. I have been reading online and it seems that it is only possible to do this if I switch to annual billing instead of monthly. I have no problem with this, however, this upgrade is not applied automatically, and the only way to get it to work is by contacting Shopify support.
After scouring the internet on how to do this, I am left with 0 phone numbers to call or emails to contact. There is virtually 0 way to ensure I can get my third party shipping rates after I switch to annual billing. This lack of customer support by Shopify is quite concerning. I have noticed that many others have had this same problem and are left with asking questions on this forum.
Shopify, please get back to me to help me get my third party shipping rates set up on my store, or I will be left with no other option but to cancel my subscription entirely.
