There's a thread from months ago with dozens of people having this same issue, why isn't it being resolved? It's completely unacceptable to take people's money and financial information and then shut down their store and not communicate with them. How have you had the same complaint so many times and not fixed this major problem with your platform?

If you and any merchant run into this issue, where the store becomes unavailable after you've made a payment, I recommend you to contact our 24/7 live support as soon as possible. This is the quickest way for the support to take a look at the account and investigate the possible issue. Kindly understand there are a variety of reasons as to why this issue may occur. This is why we invite the merchant to contact us directly so we can help out efficiently as the support team can help identify the cause and resolve the issue accordingly.

Take a look at the many other threads regarding this issue, paying customers left waiting for days with no communication.
Stop trying to pass the buck to your paying customers. This issue is on Shopify 100% and it keeps happening, repeatedly. Stop blaming us, it's unacceptable and you need to fix the problem with your company and your customer service.

I understand how frustrating it is when you've just made a payment and the store becomes unavailable. Keep in mind that even if you can't log in to your account, our live support is still there for you. You can access these support channels without authentication. To bypass the authentication process, simply select "I don't have a Shopify store" on your preferred contact method. Here's an example if you picked the Chat support:

When a store or a merchant has issues, we recommend you reaching out to our Support team so we can help out. That's what we are here for. We are by no means trying to pass the buck.
