This shop is unavailable

I changed the credit card of my shop, and set it to the first choice for payment, then suddenly it show my shop is unavailable, I tried to recover the shop, but the email said there's no shop attached to my email address, can anybody help ? We spent almost one month on this shop to get it online.

I'm just after taking a look at the account and it seems that the store is being reviewed. This is a standard review for all of our stores just so we can verify the account. If you leave this with me, I should have an update for you via email, ticket #17937785 with David whom you were speaking with earlier. Our reviews can take a few days to complete and I wouldn't be able to speed this up for you, however, as soon as I have an update either I or the team will email you straight away.
