I am at a loss on what to do regarding this issue.
Customers outside of Singapore (where I am operating from) - namely from Thailand and Malaysia, have recently feedback that they are encountering too many redirects while attempting to access our Shopify page, and are still getting it even despite clearing their cache. I myself have no trouble accessing the link though, on multiple different devices.
I tried to run a simple DNS check, and the only A-record list it as 184.108.40.206
Everything seems fine, but I am not sure how true this is.

It looks and sounds like your records for your domain need amending. We have a help document for that here, but I want to draw your attention to the main point here:
You'll notice that you mentioned your A record is pointing 220.127.116.11 when it should be 18.104.22.168. So I think the issue lies here and it is how you will be able to fix it. If you've bought a third-party domain and are unsure of how to change that, I'd recommend reaching out to your domain provider support.
