Tracking Number Not Found

I am trying to fulfill my first order.  When I click on "Get Tracking Code" in oberlo, I get an error message telling me "Tracking number not found."   What do I need to do?  See screenshot below.

Seems like sometimes we get great fast responses here and other times not so much.
