Hello - some of my customers have reported that when they check the tracking information from their order's email notification it sends them to a French website. Can this be changed, and where can I change this so it is sent to an English page?
I did have the Aftership app installed on my site but took it off when COVID-19 hit, as I was getting too many complaints that the tracking information wasn't getting updated and it was super slow.

Check your order confirmation templates
Yes I've already looked through all the templates and can't find where I can change this link. I'm using the Debut theme so suspect it needs to be changed in the code, but I don't know which template needs to be changed?
I didn't have any issues before COVID hit so don't know what's happened.
**Edit: I can see fulfillment.tracking_url in the code in the customers/order.liquid file - but can't find where I can see what the URL is, or where it can be changed.
If you want to confirm that's the source comment it out during a slow period on your store and make a test order.
