I just have first cancel and refund order. I found they didn't return the Shopify fee and credit card fee. It is horrible. When we signed the contract, it didn't note they will change the policy. It is not fair and against the regulation. How can we do? Their CSR mentioned they will credit back the Shopify fee and credit card fee in 2012. I am not aware they changed the policy on their benefit. not on both's side.
How can we do to protect our right?
Canceled a customers transaction in less than 15 min due to fraud and Shopify nailed me for $207. Frustrated and looking out for other options at this point.
