I have two products, (A) Cappuccino and (B) Raspberry Wasabi.
B is created by "duplicating" A.
I can ship A without problems.
But I can't ship B.....
Error: Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order.
The two items have the same products settings. This just doesn't make any sense.

Go to Settings->Shipping and Delivery and then go to "Manage rates" to check if your product is added to that country rate you are trying to deliver
