Based on your screenshots, it looks like everything is set up and functioning as expected. As long as the email address under Connected account is the PayPal business account that you want the funds from customer orders to be sent to, you're all set. To double check that the setup is complete, you can review the steps to set up PayPal on your store in the Shopify Help Center.
The image that you see at checkout reading "After clicking "Complete order", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase securely." is expected. A new tab or window should open up when you click "Complete order" so that you can proceed with entering payment details. If you're testing PayPal, make sure to use a personal account and not the same one you've set up as the business account. Please let me know if you have any questions.
