Unable to access my site and cant access customer support

Hi there,

I have been unable to access my site for 48 hours which is a real problem as I have orders to manage. It says the site is 'unavailable at present' and I cannot log into my account to send an email to try and get support so I have come here! My account is 

cranejewellery.co.uk

Please help,

Locked out of your account? Go to https://help.shopify.com/support and follow the steps in this video to contact Shopify support without logging into your account.

Hello, the video content was clear in your reply, however, the site will not allow you to login without your account.  The site itself does not appear to be working.  Any other solutions to speaking with a representative?

You're unable to access https://help.shopify.com/support? It's working fine for me. No need to login.
