Hello I've been trying to close my shopify account due to being unable to make any sales. Unfortunately every time I try to do it, it keeps saying invoice: payment failed and insufficient funds. Does that mean that I need to pay the balance in order to cancel my account? And if so can I get refunded for it because I don't think it's fair for me to have to pay for the service since I'm no longer using it.
