You can raise a support request by contacting Shopify Support via chat, email, or callback through the Shopify Help Center. This video clip shows you how to access the chat and email option. If you would prefer to speak with someone over the phone, please log in to your store when prompted to view the callback option.
If you're unable to see the video clip then my reply here shows screenshots of how to access the chat, email, and callback option. Please note my response outlines how to access the chat option, but the same process applies when accessing the email, and callback option too.
