Hi, I am unable to log into my Shopify store from my desktop.
My other team mates are able to access it from their accounts. I am also able to access it from my mobile app. My e-commerce site is also working fine.
This is the error message I get when attempting to log in through https://accounts.shopify.com/store-login
It has been over a few hours of refreshing the page but to no avail :-(

Based on the fact that your colleagues are able to login, and that you are able to login through the mobile app, it sounds like this may be a browser issue. I'd be happy to walk you through some troubleshooting steps.
First off, which browser are you using? If you aren't already using Google Chrome, I recommend doing so. If this is the browser that you're currently using, then I suggest clearing your cache.
If you're still experiencing issues, then please try logging in using Chrome's incognito mode, which can be accessed by selecting File > New Incognito Window. If the issue persists, please try logging in using another supported browser. A hard reset of your router is also a good idea.
