Unable to login or contact support

Shopify Team Members / Community,


My main account when attempting to login is suddenly receiving a 2-step "Enter the six–digit authentication code sent to Email" message. However, I am not receiving any email nor was this ever set up by me. I've checked all spam folders etc. and I receive no email. 


Any help would be greatly appreciated...


With that being said, 


This may be a silly question, but I've spent the last 30 minutes unable to login to my account and/or find a way to contact support...Just to post on this forum I've had to create a new "trail" account. Am I oblivious to how to get someone on the phone or chat or find a support email?....
