Unable to print packing slip

Anybody else having issues with the platform tonight? I am unable to print my packing lists and am getting an error message,

Unfortunately I am unable to print packaging slips today.

Is this part of the problem that was occurring?

It looks like that initial issue was resolved: https://status.shopify.com

And doesn't look like there is another global packing list printing issue at the moment.

ve tried everything like clearing my cache and cookies etc. but no avail.

My packing slips are failing when printing from Chrome.  I have never accessed my site through IE, and when I tried to print through IE it was successful.

Trying to print from Chrome brings up a long link, but nothing happens:

We've also been unable to print packing slips since November 14th. It opens up another tab/window, and then the screen goes grey.

We usually use Chrome for Shopify. We can't use Internet Explorer because our version appears to be unsupported by Shopify, so we can't even open it up.

Although strangely, I can copy and paste the long link from the failed packing slip window into our IE browser and it shows up there.
