Hie guys. I recently had a store outage after adding my aftership tracking page on my main navigation menu. It would not allow me regardless to add any external links on my navigation. My question however is was the outage based on me adding my aftership subdomain link on my main menu or it is something different. If it is so hope any gurus can explain and hopefully it will help one or two community folks. I created a ticket for it # 15634552 . So if there is any update also from customer support I will update you guys.

I see there were no incidents on shopify.  Maybe it could be from aftership. 

 

Also adding it to navigation?  Did you create a page and added a link on the description, or tried to add the link to the navigation?

I added the aftership page directly to my main navigation menu. So customers can easily track their products at ease

Are your tracking page generated in aftership's website? They also developped a app for shopify store. You may want to try that app.

And aftership is not your only choice. Trackingmore app will generate a tracking page under your domain and embedded in your website. 

The tracking page URL will be https:www.yourdomain.com/apps/trackingmore

The design and layout of your tracking page will follow the settings of your theme as the default.

So when customer track their order, they won't leave your website.
